Our client is seeking a organized and flexible Planner to join our Field Service team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in coordinating and optimizing the schedules of their field service engineers to ensure timely and efficient delivery of services to their customers in the Benelux. 

Your tasks will include:

  • Creating the annual maintenance and on-call schedule based on contractual agreements with customers and matching the right technician to a particular job
  • During the year, reschedule the planning due to changes by customers, absences of technicians and unforeseen works
  • Create work orders and service appointments, keeping our CRM-platform Salesforce and customer information up to date
  • Follow up on status incident problems and change requests, inform customers on progress
  • Answering customer queries via the Benelux helpdesk by email or phone and taking action if necessary
  • Every morning check work reports of the previous day, if necessary create follow-up action together with other internal departments such as Spare parts, Technical support, Controls, Software and Case management
  • Keep the skills matrix up-to-date and plan (mandatory) training courses for technicians
  • For larger maintenance jobs, organize with Technical support a third party and additional recourses to get the job done
  • Order or hire tools, safety materials and equipment for technicians
  • The planner is the Deputy of the Team lead in case of absences

Bring to the team;

  • Relevant professional experience with planning in a service- or maintenance team
  • Ability to understand our technical working environment, affinity and preferably experience in logistic automation
  • Good organizational and planning skills
  • Proactive, solution oriented, stress resistant and able to keep an overview
  • Strong communication skills and a customer oriented attitude
  • Good practice of the written and oral Dutch and English language
