Task & Responsibilities

  • Product definition & strategy: Define product vision and strategy for new service products, aligning with the needs of Fiber Network Operators and ISPs.
  • Market analysis: Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify opportunities, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
  • Product development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop, launch, and optimize new service products.
  • Project management: Manage product life cycle from concept to launch, ensuring timely and successful delivery of projects.
  • Customer engagement: Engage with customers to gather feedback, understand their challenges, and ensure alignment with their requirements.
  • Sales & Marketing support: Work closely with sales and marketing teams to develop go-to-market strategies, sales tools, and promotional activities.
  • Performance Monitoring: Monitor product performance, analyze key metrics, and implement improvements to drive product success.

You are great at

  • Customer-centric: passionate about understanding and meeting customer needs.
  • Product management: proven experience in product management of subscription based services, preferably in the telecommunications or IT industry.
  • Creativity: innovative thinker with the ability to develop unique service propositions
  • Organisational skills: excellent organisational skills. You are convincing, concise, and collaborative.
  • Communication: good written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create sales and (digital) marketing content and present the services portfolio clearly and persuasively to diverse audiences.
  • Result-driven: Strong focus on achieving results and driving service products to successful completion
  • Hands-on: Practical approach to problem-solving and decision-making. Willing to get involved in all aspects of development and delivery.
