About this job
You will undergo a training period during which you will become familiar with our products and applications. After that, as a member of the Customer Service Team, you will be responsible for the preventive maintenance and repair of our robots at customer locations. As a Service and Maintenance Technician, you will ensure the professional execution of maintenance and service tasks and communicate in a highly effective and efficient manner with customers and colleagues:
Carry out electromechanical maintenance and service activities to robots under detailed technical specifications
You will be responsible for editing and sending maintenance and service reports. Â
Troubleshoot basic technical or operational problems to ensure the highest level of continuity. Â Â Â Â
Respond to basic and advanced customer issues, such as returns, exchanges, and complaints; escalate appropriately. Â Â Â Â
Demonstrate features/attributes of the product/service, periodically linking the benefits to the customer's key challenges. Â Â Â Â
Provid advanced product/service information. Â Â Â
Interview the customer, using a simple sales questions, to clarify the customer's requirements. Â Â Â Â
Follow the organization's health, safety, and environment (HSE) policies, procedures, and mandatory instructions to identify and mitigate risks and to safeguard the environment and the well-being of self and others.
Application Requirements
You  have a technical secondary education diploma (MTS level 4) in a  relevant field such as electromechanics, industrial maintenance   techniques, etc.  Â
You have no objections to traveling within the Benelux, with focus on The Netherlands, but now and again in BeNeLux. Â Â Â Â
You are comfortable with occasionally staying in hotels near our  customers to minimize travel time. Â
Hands-on, flexible (no 9-5 mentality) Â Â
Punctual and highly responsible. Â Â
Interest in both electricity and mechanics. Â Â
Able to work remoted, independently, customer-friendly, and efficiently. Â Â
Knowledge of English is essential, other languages are a plus.
